This is everything the landlord sees.
Not your ID, not your payslips, not your address. They open the link on their phone, without signing up, and see this. We break it down for you block by block.
The data on this page is made up: Lucía doesn’t exist.

Who she is, and that she really is who she says
We check the document and run a liveness test: a photo of a photo won’t pass. And if something doesn’t add up, a person reviews it before it goes live.
How much she can pay, and where that figure comes from
It’s a ceiling calculated from income that has already been verified, not a guarantee of payment. The rent the landlord types in to compare isn’t stored or shared with anyone.
- Documents payslips for June, July and August 2026
- Employment record (vida laboral) with a Social Security code, checked on its website
- Permanent contract 4 years at the same workplace
How they know the GoldPass is genuine
The QR code doesn’t lead to a PDF: it leads to a page on our domain that says whether that GoldPass is valid right now. An expired or withdrawn GoldPass stops showing as approved, even if someone saved the link.
- Verification page on syncrorent.app, not a loose document
- GoldPass version if it’s corrected, the landlord sees that it changed and when
- One-page PDF so the agency can pass it on to the owner
The human side, if you want it
Optional and always yours: you can publish the GoldPass without a photo, video or social media. It’s kept separate from solvency because they’re different things.
If they need a specific document, they ask you
This is where you decide what leaves your file. Without your permission the landlord can’t open any document, and anything you grant you can withdraw.
What never appears
Want one for yourself?
Yours takes about 15 minutes and you pay at the end, once you’ve seen it.
