01What a cookie is
A small file that a website stores in your browser to remember something from one page to the next; in our case, that you have already logged in with your code and who you are.
02The cookies we use
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
sb-…-auth-token | Keep your session open. It may be split into several (…-auth-token.0, .1…) if it does not fit in one. | Until you log out, for up to 400 days |
sb-…-auth-token-code-verifier | Check that the access code is used by the same browser that requested it. | Only used while you complete the login |
idioma | Remember the language you chose (Spanish or English). | 1 year |
They are our own, technical cookies: without them you could not log in to your account. The law does not require consent for this type of cookie (art. 22.2 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act, LSSI).
03Third-party services
When you verify your identity, the verification provider’s page (Didit) loads inside ours, and when you pay you go to Stripe’s payment page. Those companies may set cookies there, needed for their service and governed by their own policies.
We serve the website’s typeface ourselves: your browser does not connect to Google to load it.
04How to delete or block them
You can delete them by logging out or from your browser settings. If you block them, the public part of the website will keep working, but you will not be able to log in to your account. If you have any questions, write to us at hola@syncrorent.app or see the privacy policy.
