Through syncrorent.app we provide an identity and solvency verification service for renting a home (the GoldPass), and we offer letting agencies and landlords a dashboard to receive and assess the applicants who share it with them. SyncroRent is not an estate agency: it does not search for homes, act as an intermediary between the parties or negotiate contracts.

By using this website you undertake to:

• Provide data and documents that are your own, true and up to date.
• Not impersonate anyone or use another person’s documents without their authorisation.
• Not try to access other people’s accounts, GoldPasses or documents, or non-public parts of the website.
• Not use the website for unlawful purposes, or in any way that could damage it or prevent others from using it.

If anyone breaches these terms we may suspend or close their account and cancel the GoldPasses concerned, without prejudice to any legal action that may apply. The terms of the paid service are set out in the terms of service.

The SyncroRent brand, the website design, its texts, graphics and software belong to Ofimática Digital Soluciones, S.L.U. or to whoever has licensed them. They may not be copied, distributed or modified without written authorisation, except for personal use of the website itself. The documents you upload remain yours: we only process them to provide the service to you.

We take reasonable steps to keep the website running without interruptions or errors, but we cannot always guarantee it: there may be downtime for maintenance, technical failures or third-party issues beyond our control.

The GoldPass certifies what could be checked in the documents and in the sources consulted on the date it was issued. The decision to rent, and its conditions, always rest with the landlord or the letting agency.

Where the website links to third-party sites (for example, the online offices of the Spanish Social Security or Tax Agency to download your reports), it does so for your convenience: we do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

This website is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction over any dispute; otherwise, the courts of Alicante. As a consumer you may also file a complaint with the consumer affairs services of your autonomous community.
