SyncroRent is an independent platform that qualifies tenants and verifies their solvency for renting. Instead of sending a jumble of photos, PDFs and sensitive documents over chat or email, SyncroRent brings them together and verifies them at source with the Spanish public authorities. You present your GoldPass: a clear, professional, verified certificate that makes you stand out straight away to landlords and agencies.

Unlike free forms or profiles (where anyone can write whatever they like and nobody checks), your GoldPass certifies your real ability to pay. We verify your identity with a liveness check, match your income against the public authorities using the CSV code and check the official bad-debt registers. You only pay at the end, for a rigorous certificate that removes the landlord’s doubts and puts your application ahead of the others.

You stay in control of your information. Anyone who opens your link sees your GoldPass score, your Certified Maximum Rent and the status of your checks at a glance. The agency or landlord you end up signing the lease or rent-guarantee insurance with can see the full verified file. Your link is secure and temporary: it expires after 30 days or whenever you decide to revoke it.

Your documents are checked against the Secure Verification Code (CSV) issued directly by the Spanish Social Security or Tax Agency. SyncroRent never stores your personal keys or passwords. The whole verification process runs under encryption and strict data-security protocols.

Your part takes about 15 minutes: verify your identity with your phone, create your profile and attach your documents (payslips, income tax return or employment record). From there, our team and our technology run the official checks with the relevant authorities. As soon as everything is validated, your GoldPass is issued straight away. We prefer to be realistic: we put accuracy and security before empty promises.

Yes — in fact that’s where a GoldPass makes the biggest difference. If you’re self-employed, we certify your real income from your income tax and VAT returns; if you’ve just arrived in Spain, we validate your current contract and payslips with the official CSV code; and if you’re a student or young person without income, your guarantor verifies their documents so their guarantees are added to one single GoldPass.

Your money isn’t wasted. Your GoldPass is a personal, independent and reusable certificate. During its 30 days of validity (renewable for free), you can share your verified link or PDF with any landlord, agency or property you apply for, without paying again or gathering your documents all over again.

We’ll tell you clearly what is stopping the certification. If it’s an unreadable or incomplete document, or a mistake when attaching it, you can correct or replace it at no extra cost. If there is an official bad-debt record or an insurmountable issue that prevents us from issuing the GoldPass, the system will tell you straight away, before the process is finished. Full transparency, no surprises and no small print.

No. The GoldPass is a 100% voluntary tool that you choose to use to speed up your application and present it clearly and professionally. If you prefer other channels, or the agency has its own process, you can go ahead as usual. The GoldPass is simply a great way to stand out from the very first contact.

Yes, at any time. You can delete your account and your verified file from your settings. When you do, your GoldPass and its access link are deactivated immediately. We only keep what the law strictly requires (such as the billing records of payments made).
